Mental Spring Cleaning

Imagine walking into a room that hasn't been tidied in months. Piles of unopened mail cover the table, clothes that were tried on and discarded are draped over a chair, and forgotten projects gather dust in the corners. The air feels heavy, and just being in the space is draining. It's difficult to find anything, and even more difficult to think clearly.
