Résumé

In 1807, Matiegka rearranged Beethoven's Serenade in D major op. 8 for violin, viola and violoncello and made it into a trio with guitar - a version which soon became very popular at the time. This new edition makes this precious work available again. For studying purposes, the scores of the original instrumentation can be used. Instrumentation : flute (violin), viola and guitar op. 8
