Fag hag n. (slang) A woman who prefers the company of 'gay'men over that of heterosexuals. Fag hags have also been known to desire sexual relations with gay men. Natalie and best friend Peter cruise the gay bars of NYC looking for love. Thing is, Natalie has already found it in Peter, if only he realized it.
