Résumé
No more. Redsaw has been terrorizing Winnipeg for too long. Worse, Axiom-man has been unable to stop him and Redsaw has used that opportunity to create his own brand of chaos. Riots fill the streets. Fires break out every day. Looters run rampant and murderers go unpunished. No one is safe with Redsaw orchestrating it all from the shadows. Hiding. Untraceable. This battle for power can't go on.
