Résumé
The Filament Above the Waters Meditation Technique does not compete with other relaxation meditation techniques but rather complements them as a supplementary exercise. The goal of most meditation techniques is to relax the mind. This technique is precisely the opposite of most meditative approaches. It draws energy from the nervous system's reserve of energy and transfers it into the brain to exercise any weaknesses in brain performance. I see it as a step forward in adaptation. The goal of the Filament Above the Waters Meditation Technique is not to achieve complete relaxation like in most meditations but to use all available energy to activate the brain. This way, it is possible to experience a heightened state of awareness and achieve greater clarity of thought. This technique is based on the principle of yin and yang. The yin represents the relaxation response, while the yang represents the energizing response. Using both responses together makes it possible to create a balance that improves mental and physical health.
