Personal Success is one of the aspects most sought after by the Human being throughout Life. It is known that it depends on multiple Factors, however in this Prospectus it is indicated that much of it depends on the temperament that the person possesses. Temperament is a quality of behaving in different situations, which is recorded in the subconscious and also depends on genetics. There are several streams of classification of temperaments, but here the classification of the 4 temperaments of Hippocrates will be used. Success is closely linked to the vocation of work and this in turn with the Temperament.
This is the link line that is developed here. Unlike other Temperaments writings, Here is a practical template that allows you to determine your Temperament very quickly. Primary and Secondary governing the predispositions for success. Other aspects that allow you to obtain the template are, the Balance Strengths-Weaknesses and they are explains how to use it with the Johari Window Procedure to determine the balance of how we see ourselves and how others see us. They are also given an introduction to evaluating the Scope of Applicability of this Methodology, thus as the basic principles to determine the possibilities of healthy or pathological situations, that indicate the scope of the results obtained, when surveying with the staff. The benefits that you obtain from knowing your Temperament, can have high implications in your immediate future.
