Résumé

The research interest can be defined in two steps. One is to economically evaluate the effectiveness of techniques because hundreds of projects were already implemented. The question needs to be raised to see which of the applied techniques is the most effective. An additional research interest occurred during the first research step when it was found that there were no significant economical differences in effectiveness between the techniques.
If the technique does not necessarily determine a project's effectiveness, then it is necessary to analyze other measurements and circumstances in a project's implementation to figure out the cause of its success.
