Leo, a chip-loving boy, discovers a magical, iridescent chip packet in his grandmother's pantry. These unique chips grant him superpowers like super-speed and uncontrollable giggles. Determined to find their origin, Leo, with his dog Sparky, follows clues from Mrs. Higgins's Snack Shop into the Whispering Woods. There, they meet the eccentric and grumpy inventor, Professor Phileas Frizzlepuff, the creator of the chips.
The Professor reveals that his chips' true "secret ingredients" are not tangible, but rather kindness, sharing, and pure joy, amplified by the consumer's good heart. Inspired, Leo convinces the Professor to share these chips with the town, giving them away with a message about kindness.
