Résumé

"Cancer" Kaitlyn falls for Cancer's fairy tale when he makes big promises for their life together with their daughter, River. Kaitlyn's grandmother pleads with Cancer asking him not to hurt her precious Kaitlyn the day she tells them she has cancer, but he fails to meet this request. While devastated by Cancer's false fairy tale, Kaitlyn meets Chemo. Although Chemo doesn't make Cancer go away, he helps her through it.
She carries Chemo's advice with her as she survives Cancer. At the same time that cancer kills her grandmother, Cancer begins to kill Kaitlyn. The cure to Cancer is found within himself, for River, at Kaitlyn's grandmother's funeral. The fairy tale guided by angels ends up being better than the one Cancer promised.
