Résumé
This special issue of the Journal Nano et Micro Technologies assembles selected papers from the lectures given during the last session of MIGAS towards Nanoelectronics as well as three regular papers in the domain of microsensors and microactuators. The main objective of the 6th session of the International Summer School on Advanced Microelectronics - Grenoble (MIGAS) was to give state of the art courses in Nanoelectronics and to highlight the challenging issues in this emerging topic.
