Tears and bones. 8 years of battling anorexia

The influence of the inner voice "Tears and Bones" is an autobiographical account, written in the first person, of a 12-year-old girl's gradual descent into anorexia nervosa. Oihana Bachelet was trapped by this illness until she was 20, when it gradually began to release its grip on her. She is now 24. The story also recounts her stays in pediatric and psychiatric hospitals, her experience of several years of distance learning, and her return to social life after years of isolation from the world.
This moving story highlights the mechanisms of this disorder : the inner voice, body obsessions, performance pressure, but also the love of loved ones, who are often powerless in the face of this nightmare.
