This comprehensive study provides a perceptive portrait of workplace employment relations in Britain and France using comparable data from two large-scale surveys : the British Workplace Employment Relations Survey (WERS) and the French Enquête Relations Professionnelles et Négociations d'Entreprise (REPONSE).
